HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We offer a 7 day return policy for product that is unworn and in its original condition and packaging. All tags, cards and boxes must be intact and included with your return. Items purchased at full price and returned (postmarked) within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. A return form is included in your original order, and must be filled out and included with your return. If you have misplaced your return form, please email email@example.com for a new one. No return or exchange will be accepted without one.
Store Credit: Returns postmarked within 15 days of receipt by customer are eligible for store credit. There is no restocking fee for store credit and we will waive return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will be sent a store credit via e-mail in the form of an electronic gift card. If you are returning a gift and would like a store credit, please provide the correct e-mail address for the store credit.
CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Because our inventory is constantly changing, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you'd like return your item for something else, please place a new order for your item, and return the original item.
No returns or exchanges outside of the 30 day window or warranty will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY REFUND?
Refunds can take 10-15 business days to be processed. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Loren Hope accepts major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We accept Afterpay, Paypal and ApplePay.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
If your item/s are in stock, we typically the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays will ship the following Monday. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day typically ship same day if the order is placed by 12pm EST. UPS 2nd day placed after 12pm will ship the next business day. If you need it sooner, contact us!
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

DO YOU OFFER GIFT PACKAGING?
All of our orders come with complimentary pouches. We offer gift boxes for an additional charge.

DO YOU OFFER CLIP-ONS?
If you see a pair of earrings you like, but would prefer them as clip-ons, let us know. Depending on the style we can create them for you with clip-on backs for a small fee.
CAN I GET A STYLE IN A CUSTOM COLOR?

CAN YOU DESIGN A CUSTOM PIECE, JUST FOR ME?
Yes! We offer bespoke design services for the ultimate personalized service. Send us your inspiration such as flower colors, wedding theme, bridesmaid dresses, etc. and we can create your dream bridesmaids gifts or bridal jewelry, simply a piece for a special event.
