PER OUR SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, ITEMS PURCHASED DURING OUR MEMORIAL DAY SALE EVENT USING THE CODE 'SUNSHINE' ARE ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Refunds: Items purchased at full price and returned (postmarked) within 7 days of receipt are eligible for a refund to the original method of payment. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and a flat rate of $7.50 for return shipping.

Store Credit: Returns postmarked within 15 days of receipt by customer are eligible for store credit. There is no restocking fee for store credit and we will waive return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will be sent a store credit via e-mail in the form of an electronic gift card. If you are returning a gift and would like a store credit, please provide the correct e-mail address for the store credit.

Returns after 15 days are NOT accepted.

Final Sale Items: Items in the following categories are final sale and are not eligible for return: sale/clearance items, special series & collections, luxe vanity storage, hair bows, candles, stationery/journals and custom orders. 

Exchange Policy: We are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the item desired. 

Pre-Order Items: Items purchased as a “pre-order” may only be returned for store credit. Pre-orders can not be cancelled or removed from an order once placed.

Natural Variations: All gemstones and glass cabochons are handpicked for each piece of jewelry. When working with stones, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
