LOREN HOPE IN-HOUSE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Do you want to work in a fun, creative and ever changing environment? We are growing and need to find a customer service and sales driven team member to join us as an In-House Sales Rep.
This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. An ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects and closing sales. We are looking for a dynamic personality who is passionate about fashion and the Loren Hope brand. Your job responsibilities include:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails. Follow-up with source generated leads
- Develop and maintain customer lists
- Meet account/sales goals - monthly goals TBD
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance to ensure timely submission of commission report
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- Foster strong, positive relationships with your accounts
- Keep up to date on product knowledge and promotions
- Understand customer needs and requirements to maximize sales
- Ability to overcome objections from prospective customers.
- Work in a team environment with the willingness to help out where needed
- Support at trade Shows / travel when necessary
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales rep for further development and closure (Territories TBD)
- An interest in Fashion and keeping up with trends is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint
