SHIPPING, RETURNS & REPAIRS
All orders are packed and shipped out of our Rhode Island studio. Due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take up to 5-7 business days to ship. Orders placed with expedited shipping will ship the next business day. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. Any special requests such as birthday messages may be left at the comments section during checkout. We are happy to accommodate your requests. Each piece of Loren Hope jewelry will be delivered in our signature Loren Hope gift box.
At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to place a special order.
We want you to be completely delighted with your jewelry. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange for a different item.
To make a return, please complete the Return Form included in your order. If you need an additional form, please email email@example.com to receive a Return Form before sending your return. This Return Form must be included in your return package. Please fill out the form completely. A pre-paid shipping label has been included in your package for your convenience (US customers only, not including AK, HI & PR). If used, a flat fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your order refund/credit for return postage. Pre-paid shipping labels are not included with special order or final sale items.
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns (i.e. not including a Loren Hope Return Form, which is included in your original shipment (to request another Return Form, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org), undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender. Returns made after thirty (30) days of receipt will not be accepted.
We tag our bracelets and necklaces with tamper proof tags so that our customers can try on our products at home. If you would like to return your item for a refund, do not remove the white tag.
Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Return packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Loren Hope does not accept damaged merchandise. No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted. Any requests for damaged merchandise in connection with insurance claims you may make must be accompanied by a pre-paid, self-addressed electronic UPS label.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If a pre-paid shipping label is used, $9.95 will be deducted from your refund/credit.
If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days of receipt, except during and after holiday season, during which time return processing may take up to fifteen (15) business days. If you wish to make an exchange, you will have to place a new, separate order (unless you are exchanging damaged merchandise for replacement merchandise). Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will not be accepted.
If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first. Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased. We attempt to promptly ship products ordered. Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding holidays, and will ship within seventy-two (72) hours, in all cases pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will generally begin processing the next business day, and ship within seventy-two (72) hours of when processing begins. Generally, orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these processing and shipping provisions are only general guidelines, and Charm & Chain cannot ensure that the time frames noted will be met.
Loren Hope inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. However, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Goods damaged due to buyers’ use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund. Loren Hope is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of Loren Hope.
Exchange / Store Credit Policy: A store credit will be issued for future purchases at Loren Hope. If you wish to exchange an item, carefully pack the jewelry in sufficient padding and ship to the address listed below. If you choose to use the prepaid label included, a deduction of $9.95 will be made against your credit. If you chose to ship with your own courier, please note that We are not responsible for any lost packages, so be sure to insure and track your package.

Sale Items: There are no refunds or exchanges for discontinued items or any items purchased on sale.
All gemstones and glass cabochons are handpicked for each piece of jewelry. When working with stones, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while using fine materials. In the case that your jewelry needs repair due to flaws in workmanship, we will gladly repair your piece or replace it based on the circumstance with no charge. In the case that jewelry has been damaged or tangled, it can be repaired for a fee that will be determined by repair needed. There is a repair fee of $20.00 on merchandise 1 year or older. We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
Payment is securely processed by Paypal. Your credit card and personal information is never shared.
