Indigo Statement Earrings

I would like to manage up Ms. Aliya Barry for listening to my concerns and having calm and professional demeanor. Originally my husband had purchased this set of earrings as a gift for our wedding anniversary. I was very excited to have picked this up from the post office only to be disappointed immediately upon unboxing. The hardware on one of the earrings was visibly broken with no loose piece in the packaging. I blamed poor packaging from the company. You can’t have this big of dangling earrings to scratch off of one another. If they were studs no problem. They should have wrapped each earring individually so the earrings won’t tangle and damage. Luckily, they had a spare they could send as replacement but they were packaged the exact same way still leaving minor scratches. However, I decided to keep them because I loved the design and color of this piece so much. Plus the condition of the replacement pair was so much better than the first. I am still rating this purchase experience as a 5 star due to the design itself and also the professionalism of the staff. I have purchased quite many pieces from Loren Hope in my opinion. I would come back for more. Thank you, Loren Hope for producing wonderful pieces and having kind staff.
