Who doesn’t love a Gin & Tonic? It’s classic, it’s simple, and approachable. Which is why we find ourselves reaching for the Hendrick’s when it’s time to pour a cocktail. Hendrick’s is our gin of choice because it’s infused with Rose and Cucumber, and we love the sexy, black bottle (what can we say, we’re suckers for packaging). Here are two delicious, but very simple ways to elevate your every day G&T.

BLACKBERRY G&T

Ingredients:

–       4 blackberries ( plus extra for garnish)

–       4-5 fresh mint leaves (plus extra for garnish)

–       1 shot / 1.5 oz Hendrick’s gin

–       1 shot/ 1.5 oz tonic water

–       splash of lime Italian soda (ours was from Whole Foods)

–       1 lime, sliced

–       ice

Muddle blackberries and mint.  Pour mixture in bottom of rocks glass.  Add gin, tonic, and ice (as desired).  Top off with splash of lime soda.  Garnish with blackberry, mint leaf, and lime slice (on rim).

MINTY G&T

Ingredients:

–       4-5 fresh mint leaves, roughly torn

–       1 shot / 1.5 oz Hendrick’s gin

–       1 shot / 1.5 oz tonic water

–       splash of lime Italian soda

–       1 lime, sliced

–       ice

Put mint leaves in bottom of rocks glass.   Add gin, tonic, then ice.  Sqeeze in a slice of lime and top with splash of lime soda.  Garnish with lime slice on rim.
