Cider and bourbon, a combination so immaculate you will never want to enjoy the season's quintessential beverage again without it. Embrace the falling leaves and a return to cozy clothes with this Apple Cider Martini, ideal to share with friends and family. The presence of fresh ginger and lemon juice within this recipe deliver a palatable spark of joy, balancing out the contrasting flavors. Add a thinly cut slice of apple to graciously float on the surface and you will find yourself being the hostess with the mostest. This adult concoction is as easy to shake up and share as it is to drink. Happy Fall!

Apple Cider Martini:

  • 3/4 cup apple cider

  • 1/3 cup bourbon

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 2 (2 1/2-inch-long) thin slices fresh ginger

  • 2 thin slices from a small apple for garnish

Directions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add cider, bourbon, lemon juice, and ginger; shake until chilled. Strain and split cocktail between two coupe glasses. Garnish with apple slices.
