All orders are packed and shipped out of our Rhode Island studio. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Due to the handmade nature of our products and based on availability of materials, some orders may take 5-7 business days to ship, while 'pre-order' styles may take 3-4 weeks. As soon as your order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. Any special requests such as birthday messages may be left in the comments section during checkout. We are happy to accommodate your requests.
At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to place a special order. We are unable to offer free shipping on international orders.
Items purchased at full price and returned within 7 days of receipt by customer will be issued a refund to the original method of payment. If you would like us to send you a return label, please contact email@example.com and provide your order number. In this instance, a flat rate of $7.50 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping.
Items returned between 8-15 days after receipt by customer will be eligible for store credit only. When your return is processed, you will be sent a store credit via e-mail in the form of an electronic gift card. If you are returning a gift and would like a store credit, please provide the correct e-mail address for the store credit.

Natural Variations: All gemstones and glass cabochons are handpicked for each piece of jewelry. When working with stones, variations in color, cut, size and shape are inevitable. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.On-site Classes Cancellation Policy
On-site classes are available at certain times of the year. In the event that you need to cancel, classes are 100% refundable up to 30 days before the class. A 50% refund is available if cancellation is within the 30 days window and before 7 days prior to the class. Cancellations made within the 7 days before the class are not eligible for a refund.Repairs
We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship while using fine materials. In the case that your jewelry needs repair due to flaws in workmanship, we will gladly repair your piece or replace it based on the circumstance with no charge. In the case that jewelry has been damaged or tangled, it can be repaired for a fee that will be determined by repair needed. There is a repair fee of $20.00 on merchandise 1 year or older.
